Synology has updated its Surveillance Station video surveillance program. The version 7.0 offers a more intuitive interface and new functionalities that make it more versatile, allowing its integration with physical access controllers.

While layout tweaks offer a more intuitive experience, the new Alerts Panel for Live View Analytics allows you to inspect, easily play and save suspicious events.
To facilitate the automation of tasks, Surveillance Station 7.0 expands the functionality of action instructions, making it possible to automatically carry out a wider range of tasks, either following a schedule or when predefined events occur. For example, if a camera goes offline, another may be initiated by patrolling a specific area in response.
When combined with the solution Axis Network Door Controller, surveillance staff can monitor, lock and unlock, or access the log view of the connected doors from the new interface.
Surveillance Station 7.0 offers greater integration for specialized camera functions such as object tracking, digital output and two-way audio, allowing the implementation of a flexible surveillance system, adapted to its characteristic environment. Besides, includes a feature to display images taken with fisheye cameras from the wall and ceiling without distortion.
By incorporating the Onvif standard 2.4, With this version you can take advantage of interoperability for a more flexible installation, with standard features such as multiple transmission, motion detection camera, digital input/output, audio output, NTP synchronization or day and night exposure modes.
