Bosch Security Systems has released a new version of Bosch Video Client software, which includes a comprehensive set of features for this PC application for display systems, Control, live search and playback on any camera connected to the network.

blankBosch Security Systems just updated your Bosch Video Client software, a Windows app to view recorded and live video from networked cameras. This exclusive software is integrated into all Bosch IP cameras and is very easy to install, set up and use. BVC allows you to view images from multiple cameras and encoders on a single PC monitor and easily store video files.

The new version of the software, Bvc 1.3, has been optimized for small and medium-sized CCTV applications and supports up to 16 IP cameras, although it can be extended up to 128 cameras acquiring additional licenses. The BVC version 1.3 updated also allows to view simultaneously live up to 40 Standard Definition channels (Sd) and High Definition (Hd) on two monitors.

Intuitive use
The Configuration Manager wizard allows you to configure launes. However, if any specific requirements are needed, you can adjust the individual settings of each camera to obtain an optimal result in the application. The interface features a drag-and-drop feature that makes it easy to set up camera views. In addition, cameras with PTZ function can be controlled by simply clicking and dragging the mouse on the cameo or using the PTZ control console.

Live recording and video
Control functions also include video recording, either locally on the camera's memory card or via Bosch VRM (Video Recording Manager). BVC Setup Wizard Also Helps Adjust VRM Recordings. During playback mode, recordings from up to four cameras can be viewed simultaneously, search for alarm and motion events and export the relevant video recordings.

Fast event localization
BVC's electronic zoom can be used to examine critical areas of recorded scenes in more detail. Can conduct scientific searches, motion and alarms in video recordings and export important videos in WMA format or in the native Bosch format, that has the advantage of having a legal authentication status.
