Gobi-640, new infrared camera based on microbolometer for industrial applications
The image analysis and machine vision solutions provider Infaimon attends SICUR 2012 with the new Xenics infrared camera, Gobi-640, based on microbolometer, for industrial applications.
In recent years, machine vision systems have been implemented and standardized in many security and surveillance operations. Infaimon presents at the 18th edition of the SICUR fair the Gobi-640, a camera with a high-resolution microbolometer sensor, uncooled, covering the LWIR spectrum between 8 y 14 micrómetros. In a compact format of 74x70x65mm, the Gobi-640 camera provides high performance, high-sensitivity thermal images for security applications, industrials and predictive maintenance.
Among other areas of application, this camera is being used in thermal imaging for industrial vision applications, research and development, medical environment, automotive industry, naval and aeronautics, as well as for non-contact temperature measurement.
High-resolution thermal camera (640×480 pixels), extremely flexible and plug and play, the Gobi-640 has very high sensitivity, it is capable of identifying temperature differences of up to 0.05°C, and features a high frame rate of up to 50Hz and CameraLink interface, guaranteeing data transfer speed. There is also the possibility of connecting it directly to a screen.
