Video analytics software manufacturer PureTech Systems has announced that it has integrated its PureActiv video surveillance solution into Bosch's VOT-320 thermal IP camera, offering the possibility to dynamically show the location of the target on a map with video management command capability.

blankPureTech Systems has brought together the long-range video analytics capability of its PureActiv video surveillance solution to the VOT-320 thermal IP camera of Bosch, that captures the heat radiated by objects to almost 13.000 meters away. The combination represents a valuable tool for perimeter protection, taking into account the twenty-four hours of surveillance and detection.

The solution provides not only accurate long-distance detection in conditions including precipitation, no light haze, pollution and sunrise/sunset, leveraging PureTech video analytics capabilities, it also offers the possibility of dynamically showing the location of the target on a map with the ability of video management commands.

Perimeter protection
Eric Olson, Vice President of Marketing, PureTech Systems, has assured that this software company for video analysis "continues to demonstrate its great performance in the use of thermal video analysis for long-range outdoor detection. In this way, it only makes sense to look for award-winning cameras like the Bosch VOT-320 and the equipment with this technology. Esta integración proporcionará a los integradores de seguridad otra poderosa herramienta a considerar en el diseño de la protección del perímetro para instalaciones críticas”.

For its part, Willem Ryan, Senior Director of Product Marketing, Bosch Security Systems, "The Bosch VOT-320 thermal IP camera uses advanced video processing technology of pixel-by-pixel analysis and noise reduction to provide the most detailed scene information.. When combined with PureTech Systems' video analytics technology, customers get a unique security solution for immediate detection of potential threats.".

PureTech's intelligent video solution uses the actual size of the object to identify the target, as a person, a car, a truck or boat, and can be deployed in a server-based solution or on another device, using new or existing VOT-320 thermal IP cameras. Los clientes pueden utilizar señal de video H.264 o JPEG proporcionada por la cámara ONVIF de Bosch y se puede desplegar en el comando y control basado en mapa de PureActivs o en sus sistemas de gestión de vídeo /PSIM.
