The evolution of the concept of home has turned gardens, terraces, patios and private access areas into everyday spaces that require the same level of protection as the interior of the house. Against this backdrop. For this reason, the new solution it integrates a motion detector and a wide-angle camera into a single device capable of monitoring gardens, entries, patios and other outdoor areas. Visual verification without constant supervision

One of the highlights of the new device is its focus on privacy. Outdoor Pircam does not perform continuous recording nor maintain constant monitoring of the outdoor environment. The camera only captures images when the alarm is armed and detects a possible incident, limiting the collection of images exclusively to situations that require verification.

The device also incorporates smart algorithms that reduce false alarms by distinguishing usual movements from possible threats, including immunity to pets of up to 18 kilogramos, a particularly useful feature in homes with gardens or frequently used patios.

Technically, Outdoor Pircam incorporates anti-tampering functions to detect sabotage attempts, advanced night vision to capture images in low-light conditions and a waterproof and dustproof construction that ensures its operation outdoors even under adverse weather conditions.

This launch comes at a time of expansion in the market for connected home solutions. According to Statista data cited by Sector Alarm, the Spanish smart home market will exceed 2.500 million euros in 2026, with security and video surveillance solutions being one of the fastest-growing segments.
