Telcat installs AG Neovo and Vuwall technology in its control room

To manage the security of production centers, Telcat has a video wall, configured with nine screens AG Neovo PN-55D2 and controlled with the processor Vuwall VuScape VS120.

In the contact center Telcat has been installed control room from where the factory facilities and steel production centers of Salzgitter AG. For this purpose, a visualization solution has been installed based on AG Neovo y Vuwall.

Steel is a very versatile material and essential in our daily lives.. One of the most important producers in Central Europe is Salzgitter AG, which is located in Lower Saxony (Germany). Nearly 25.000 employees produce almost 7 million tons of steel per year and generate 7.000 million euros in sales.

Factory facilities and production centers have very high safety requirements. For this reason, at the end of 2021 A new control room was put into service in the contact center of the Telcat subsidiary.

The central unit of the system integrates a video wall with a 3×3 layout, configured with 9 screens AG Neovo PN-55D2, in addition to having modern supports from the series VWM easy maintenance. Six workstations can operate the connected system 24 hours of the day.

Project launch

Telcat and VuWall defined requirements for high-quality video wall management systems at cooperation meetings. A processor was calculated and configured VuScape VS120 with management software VuWall2 for Telcat's existing server rack with 12 display port outputs and 4 HDMI inputs.

Las 12 outlets serve all nine screens PN-55D2, as well as several wall monitors of the PD series by AG Neovo, located in the adjacent room through an image divider.

The four inputs are used for two internal monitoring systems, using video management software Avigilon and the BKS risk management system/Ela-soft.

The overall system is completed with an AG Neovo TX-10 as a control panel located in the center of the room and displaying the freely configurable VuWall2 control panel for displaying individual images on the video wall.
