Hanwha Wisenet TNO-3040T

With the aim of reinforcing its range of Wisenet thermal cameras with QVGA resolution, Hanwha Techwin has introduced two medium-distance models for large open areas.

Designed to provide perimeter protection in large open areas, the thermal camera Wisenet TNO-3050T of Hanwha Techwin it has a fixed lens of 35 Mm, that allows to detect vehicles at a distance of up to 4,4 meters and people to 1,7 M.

For its part, the model Wisenet TNO-3040T has a fixed lens of 19 Mm. and detects vehicles at a distance of up to 2,4 meters and people to 950 Meters.

These two new vandal-war thermal cameras by Hanwha, With IP66 protection to withstand weather changes and cIK10 lasification, complement existing thermal models within the range Wisenet T manufacturer's.

A temperature sensing function triggers an alert if there is a rapid and noticeable change in temperature, and operators can define up to three ‘zones of interest’ within the camera's field of view.

In addition, these devices have a set of video analytics that includes input and output, appearance and disappearance, address, virtual line, prowling, shock detection and tampering.

When working in total darkness, the effectiveness of these thermal cameras is enhanced by the audio analysis functionality, recognizing critical sounds, as shots, Explosions, screams and broken glass.

These open platform video surveillance equipment also support the integration of third-party video analysis applications, such as intrusion detection developed by its technology partner A.I Tech.

Unlike traditional cameras that rely on light to see images, thermal cameras collect the heat traces of objects and are not affected by extreme conditions such as total darkness, adverse weather, bright lights, fog and smoke.

In addition, these thermal devices become an effective solution for environments where light pollution can be a problem.

Key features

  • Operating temperature from -40°C to +60°C.
  • IP66 Rating, IK10 and Nema4X for water protection, dust and mechanical impacts.
  • Digital image stabilization (Dis), with integrated gyroscopic sensors, which is activated when there is a disturbance in the chamber due to wind or vibrations. This offers more stable images, while compensating for the effects of the rolling shutter.
  • Hall view function, allowing users to monitor high and narrow spaces more effectively, with aspect ratios of 3:4 Or 9:16.
  • H.265 compression formats, H.264 and MJPEG, as well as WiseStream II, a complementary compression technology that improves bandwidth efficiency by up to a 75% when combined with H.265 compression.
  • Micro SD/SDHC and SDXC memory card slot, with a capacity to store up to 256 GB of video or data on the camera itself in the event of a network outage.
  • PoE+, that avoids having to install a power supply and reduces wiring needs.
