La urbanización extremeña Altos del Golf securiza sus instalaciones con Secoex y By Demes

La infraestructura de videovigilancia se basa en una solución IP, integrada por un sistema CCTV, formado por cuatro báculos con alimentación solar independiente, 10 cámaras IP Dahua de 2 MP y una LPR de Hyundai para controlar el acceso.

La urbanización Altos del Golf es un lujoso núcleo residencial, de unos 5.000 square meters of surface, situado a unos 10 km de Badajoz, en un entorno natural junto al Guadiana.

Tras su construcción en 2003 se han producido diversos robos, por lo que se decidió instalar un sistema de videovigilancia en las zonas comunes de la urbanización, como efecto disuasorio y para mayor tranquilidad de los propietarios. The chosen option was the solution offered by the installation company Seguridad Integral Secoex and designed jointly with the commercial department of Western Andalusia and Extremadura of By Demes Group.

The video surveillance project for the residential complex consists of a CCTV system, comprising four poles with an independent solar power system and a total of 10 IP cameras Dahua of 2 MP equipped with motorized varifocal optics.

These cameras are operational 24 hours of the day, los 365 días del año, with the aim of supporting and improving the security service of the residential complex, in addition to helping with the daily life of the community.

The cameras have been installed on poles of 4 meters of galvanized steel, located at strategic points of the installation, to be able to cover all common areas and access points of the development.

The security system was designed to perform redundant recording, increasing the level of security and guaranteeing the recording of events and access to them, either through recording equipment or the cameras themselves during the 24 hours, by the Secoex integrated security monitoring center. This can verify what happens at all times and automatically receives important events that occur in the facility.

In addition, an LPR camera has been installed in the access area to the development (license plate reading) of Hyundai which allows having a record of owners and visitors who access the property in case of an incident.
