Ruybesa instala un sistema de control DAI en el túnel de Jorda-Besós

The system is made up of cameras connected to specific control software and a recording system. Mini domes have also been installed to control the emergency exits and access to the technical rooms, in addition to monitoring the SOS stations and tunnel entrances.

The control division of Ruybesa has just completed the installation and commissioning of a DAI control system (automatic incident detection) for the Jorda-Besós tunnel, which covers a branch of the Ronda de Dalt, in Barcelona.

Este es el primero de una serie de proyectos que se van a realizar en las rondas de circunvalación de esta ciudad y en los que Ruybesa va a participar aportando soluciones completas equipadas con tecnología de última generación.

El sistema está integrado por una serie de cámaras asociadas a un software específico de control y un sistema de grabación. Con esa infraestructura se pueden detectar incidencias que se produzcan en los túneles, como vehículos parados, retenciones, posibles objetos en la calzada, vehículos circulando en sentido contrario o la presencia de peatones. These facilities are part of the works scheduled to cover most of the Ronda de Dalt, that manages 175.000 vehicles per day at high speed, hence the importance of equipping it with an optimal system to ensure traffic safety. It will be taken as a reference, following the same equipment and facility criteria in the others, as it presents considerable advantages to overcome the safety problems suffered by long urban tunnels.
