Hanwha Techwin has further strengthened its premium range Wisenet P with the introduction of the ultra-high definition camera PNM-9320VQP.

A team that, With 4 sensors and a standalone PTZ camera, has been designed to offer an optimal solution for the detection and tracking of objects in large open areas.
The option of interchangeable modules of objectives of 2 And 5 megapixels allows sensors, integrated into this H.265 camera, work together and directly to capture images of 360 degrees up to 20 megapixels of resolution.

In addition, the PTZ camera of 32 optical increases and 2 Megapixel, which is incorporated into the PNM-9320VQP, is automatically activated to closely follow a moving person or object, or to move to a user-defined position, when the motion detection function of the multidirectional camera detects activity.

"Mounting a PTZ camera in the center of the PNM-9320VQP allows us to offer a very economical and effective solution for surveillance applications in large areas and urban environments such as vehicle parking lots, shopping malls and warehouses. In addition, installation and maintenance costs are much lower, so end users don't need to make a big investment, such as the one that would require using five separate cameras to cover the same area and achieve the same level of functionality", explains Uri Guterman, Director of Marketing and Product at Hanwha Techwin Europe.

Vandal-ready and high connectivity

The PTZ camera benefits from the best wide dynamic range (Wdr) with the lens module of 2 Mp, that works at a maximum of 150 dB to accurately render images in scenes that simultaneously contain very bright and very dark areas. The lens module 5 megapixels work with WDR's 120 Db.

The PNM-9320VQP camera is vandal-free (IK10) and weatherproof (IP66). It has a gyroscopic sensor that offers precise stabilization when the camera suffers vibrations due to wind or other causes, resulting in more stable images.

Among other features, highlights that five built-in sd memory card slots are included, that help keep data safe in the event of a network outage; the performance function, which generates corrections to blurry images that are captured in foggy conditions; and correction of lens distortion (Ldc); which compensates for the distortions produced by wide-angle lenses.

PNM-9320VQP multi-stream camera supports H.264 compression algorithms, H.265 and MJPEG. Bandwidth consumption efficiency improves by up to one 99 %, compared to current H.264 technology, when using H.265 combined with WiseStream II, complementary compression technology that dynamically controls coding, seeking the balance between quality and compression, depending on the movement of the image.

Moreover, Hanwha Techwin has also introduced the Wisenet PNM-9000VQ multi-directional camera, that makes use of 4 interchangeable lens modules to jointly capture images of 360 degrees up to 20 megapixels of resolution. Shares many of the features of the PNM-9320VQP model, but it does not integrate a PTZ camera.
