Berdin Group: a broad and diverse value proposition in IP security and AV systems

Its forty years of experience in distribution and commitment to its brands in IP security, audiovisual systems, connectivity, and electronics have marked its presence at SICUR 2018.

The recent edition of the International Security Fair featured the participation of the distributor Berdin Group, who, at its stand in the Pavilion 10 of Ifema – Feria de Madrid, showed professionals a comprehensive showcase of innovations in security, monitoring, and solutions for all types of audiovisual installations from the industry's leading manufacturers.

In its exhibition space, los técnicos de esta compañía aunaron durante este certamen tecnología y diseño, con el objetivo de crear un entorno atractivo y ameno para el visitante a la hora de conocer sus soluciones de seguridad inteligente, con productos que permiten controlar y gestionar cualquier espacio de manera efectiva y en tiempo real.

Tanto en modo exposición como en demo, el stand contaba con cámaras IP para videovigilancia y supervisión, cámaras LPR, térmicas y de detección incendios y humos, así como equipos de grabación NVR, de gestión de vídeo VMS, junto con una solución de analítica de vídeo, sistemas de videowall y pantallas, estos últimos con soportes incluidos del fabricante B-Tech AVmounts.

A esta propuesta también se añadían sistemas de comunicación, interfonía y videoporteros en red IP, además de sistemas de control de accesos y presencia, de intrusión, fire detection systems, de megafonía de evacuación e integrados de gestión de seguridad.

La compañía también presentó soluciones de infraestructura y redes para aplicaciones de seguridad con el cableado de CommScope, la electrónica de red de Hirschmann, Comnet y Zyxel; la propuesta para centros de control de Monolyth, Verybox y las soluciones para montajes audiovisuales de B-Tech AVmounts.

En este último aspecto destacaba un videowall gigante instalado con la solución para este tipo de sistemas aportada por B-Tech, con el soporte profesional BT8310 (de sistema extraíble por presión), where attendees could see real demos of Genetec's unified security platform, of Bosch Security's BVMS system, of Hanwha Techwin's new Wisenet Wave software and various video analytics applications (LPR, intrusion, retail, facial, incendios, etc.) of Technoaware and Bosch Security.

The visit of the Ertzaintza and the officials of the Basque Government responsible for security and telecommunications to Berdin Grupo's stand resulted in an interesting meeting to show them value-added solutions and technology to know how to face all kinds of security threats.
