Fruit of the technological collaboration with Facit, Hanwha Techwin Europe has developed wiseNet HeatMap cameras (heat maps) and People Counting (people count).

Hanwha Wisenet SNV-6013The Wisenet SNV-6013/FHM HeatMap camera provides accurate, real-time information on customer behavior inside stores. In this way, showing hot spots inside the establishment, you can see the buying patterns of customers and how long they stay there.

In addition, It has the function of fast motion video recording which provides valuable information when making decisions, since it allows to identify those areas of the store that have little activity.

The user interface, web version, allows you to access data in real time and configure the cameras remotely, while generating automatic daily reports, weekly or monthly that can be sent via FTP or email.

People count

Hanwha Wisenet SND-6084For its part, Wisenet SND-6084/FPC camera for two-way people counting allows retailers to measure the efficiency of their stores by comparing customer footfall with actual sales. It also identifies the days, hours and seasons of more affluence, helping to manage peaks and troughs in the flow of customers on cash lines.

This equipment can be installed in a corner or in front of the entrance to offer an efficient video surveillance and people counting solution.

Just like the Wisenet HeatMap camera, the Wisenet People Counting camera has a web user interface that can be used to monitor in real time the number of customers and display configurable graphs to see the activity of some time periods.

These cameras incorporate the Facit application pre-installed, allowing it to work from the first minute of commissioning. "We have technology agreements with a wide range of specialized application developers., as Facit, that get the most out of the Open Platform functionalities of wiseNetIII cameras", explains Dan England, head of Partnerships at Hanwha Techwin Europe.
