"In Search of the Most Dangerous City on the Internet" is the documentary he has presented Norton by Symantec and produced by independent film director Sean Dunne to offer insight into hacker culture and philosophy, as well as the socio-economic factors that foster the current underground information economy in Romania.

Norton embarked on the production of the documentary "The most dangerous city" as a means to put real faces to the problem of cybercrime and reveal the reality of the human element behind this threatening landscape.

Taking into consideration the set of motivations that exist there, the documentary team chose Romania and the film crew set out to explore what allows cybercrime to both manifest and sustain itself..
