Vivotek officially adopts the HDMI standard in its range of video surveillance systems
Taiwanese manufacturer Vivotek has announced that it has officially adopted the HDMI technology standard (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) for connecting high definition equipment, like its range of video surveillance cameras, in the transition from analog to digital technology.
With the notable development and predominance of electronic devices, seven reference manufacturers, like Hitachi, Panasonic Corporation, Philips, Sony, Technicolor, Toshiba y Silicon Image, they met in 2002 and established the HDMI consortium to jointly define a digital interface specification for consumer electronics products.
In this sense, the manufacturer of network video surveillance systems Vivotek has announced that it has officially adopted the HDMI standard in its range of products. This technology, capable of producing clear digital audio and video signals over one cable, offers users an extraordinary HD experience while making it easier and better to connect and transmit digital data.
According to official HDMI statistics, more than 1.200 Electronics manufacturers around the world have adopted this connection standard for HDTVs, PCs, video cameras, pills, smart phones, consoles and any HD device.
