WD and Milestone join forces to offer advanced video surveillance solutions

The union between both companies will allow the Milestone Arcus Video Surveillance platform to be available for the WD My Cloud Business series network storage systems.

WD, compañía de Western Digital, has joined Milestone Systems to offer advanced video surveillance solutions. Thanks to this union, the Milestone Arcus Surveillance software will be available on the network storage systems (NAS) from the My Cloud Business series, which feature the My Cloud OS operating system 3 since the beginning of this September.

Milestone Arcus is a video surveillance platform designed to be implemented on hardware devices, such as WD My Cloud NAS systems, to provide a customized solution.

The integration of this software into My Cloud OS 3 allows My Cloud Business Series in network video recording systems.

You just have to download the Milestone Arcus Surveillance software through the My Cloud App Store and up to can be installed 16 cameras, with the first two camera licenses free.
