Bosch Security Systems has a new version of the BVMS system (Video Management System), enabling easier management of IP video and security data in professional CCTV installations, admitting up to 2000 camera inputs and 100 customers.

blankBosch has presented the version 3.0 of the BVMS system (Video Management System) that makes the management of larger security facilities more flexible and expands. The new version of the BVMS 3.0 supports now until 2000 camera inputs and 100 workstations. This expanded scalability enables many new applications and system designs..

The system easily combines Bosch IP cameras and encoders through a single user interface., los DVRs (Digital Video Recorders) and connections to the Allegiant matrix. This new version 3.0 supports the new Bosch HD cameras in high definition such as the Dinion HD 1080p and FlexiDome HD 1080p. Thanks to this ease of use, Operators can manage the system and its applications without requiring much training.

The new Independent Operator Client integrated into the system guarantees live vision with maximum reliability. Playback and export are maintained even if the central server cannot be reached or the connection has low bandwidth. Besides, IP cameras can now record independently of the central server under motion detection or by Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA), further expanding system security. This system includes configuration of various recording solutions, thus minimizing installation costs and making the investment profitable.

Automatic adjustment

Another considerable improvement is found in the much simpler and faster configuration and recording settings.. Settings can now be configured per camera group according to the project, automatically managing the technical differences of several cameras at the same time. Live or archived video content can be viewed simultaneously from multiple workstations or from a single workstation. The BVMS manages events, alarms, Monitor devices and check user priorities on any system and application.

The BVMS is covered by a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA). For users of the system that has a current SMA, updating to version 3.0 is included. New software package purchase includes one year of free SMA.
