Synology has introduced a new line of security products including the comprehensive NVR1218 autonomous video surveillance solution and the compact VS960HD monitoring and management device.

The Network Video Recorder NVR1218 is equipped with a dedicated HDMI 1080p port, making it easy to connect to a monitor and view up to 12 channels of 720p surveillance images and 30 Fps. Thanks to a COM port, that allows integration with point-of-sale terminals (Tpv), can simultaneously store transaction logs and recordings of video surveillance cameras.

Includes two HDMI ports that support 4K and 1080p resolutions respectively, allowing real-time monitoring of up to 96 CHANNELS of IP cameras at 720p and 10 fps on a single 4K monitor.

When combined with a networked storage system (Nas) or a network video recorder (Nvr) Synology to use Surveillance Station software 8 or later, the VS960HD supports the main functions of this app as live viewing, timeline and list of recordings.

For its part, THE VS960HD's compact design and two HDMI ports provide an affordable TV wall solution to meet monitoring needs.

Both the NVR1218 and VS960HD support USB connections to add mice, keyboards or joysticks. This allows navigation through camera flows and management tools.
