Bosch Security Systems just released the version 6.5 of your Video Management System software 6.5 (Bosch VMS 6.5), that incorporates facial recognition and license plate functionalities, as well as remote viewing and reproduction of sites, that allows you to connect video streams from up to 10.000 places in the world to a single user interface.

Bosch VMS 6.5 complements the best video analytics based on Bosch cameras with the server-based analytics of the Ganetec Bintelan Analytics platform, adding intelligence for applications that require database collation. Analytics such as facial or license plate recognition (Anpr), help operators and safety managers make faster and better decisions, using a single software interface.

This release also complements intelligent video analytics with industry-specific capabilities; For example, transport analytics, as detection of dangerous objects, speed control, or traffic jam detection.

For banks and retail, Remote site viewing and playback functionality provides a scalable system for monitoring up to 10.000 worldwide branch offices from a single user interface and server manager.

Every time a new branch or store opens, the security managers of the headquarters only have to add the new place to the transmission network.
