March Networks has developed an autonomous camera for surveillance at ATMs, the MegaPX ATM. This solution captures video in great detail in any lighting condition, identifying faces and other distinctive features.

The MegaPX ATM camera from 3 megapixels and 352 resolution×288 To 25 fps includes a 1/2 CMOS sensor,8" and combines High Dynamic Range functionality (Hdr) with high performance when recording, providing clear and sharp images, either in conditions where sunlight hits directly or in a semi-dark environment.

March Networks MegaPX ATMThe MegaPX ATM camera complies with the Onvif room and is available with two M12 lens options, a standard of 2,8 mm to capture a vertical image, almost one meter high that allows you to visualize angles (90º) that cover the torso of the person in front of the cashier, and another 'pinhole' of 3,7 mm covering angles of 80º horizontally.

“With the proliferation of thefts that are occurring at ATMs, banks are relying more than ever on IP video technologies that can provide clear images, that speed up investigations and can identify violators. This camera offers an optimal way to capture better video at ATMs and takes a step further into the banking surveillance ecosystem than, Until now, has not kept pace with technological improvements.", explains Net Payne, Chief Marketing Officer of March Networks.

Its small size (5,6 X 5,8 X 7 Cm) and autonomy allow easy installation and offers a choice of two mounting brackets to prevent the camera from moving. In this way, prevents images from being cut or lost altogether and saves financial institutions maintenance costs to make adjustments.

The MegaPX ATM camera is replaced with a QR code so technicians can scan it on their mobile device and through the March Networks Guru app they can automate tasks that normally require a lot of time, such as determining the serial number of the camera, check warranty status or fill out online forms.
