VideoNetBox II is the new version of Dallmeier's videosecurity app recording device. An appliance that can accommodate 8 video channels included in Smavia Recording Server.

Dallmeier VideoNetBox II

Dallmeier VideoNetBox II delivers better performance and a more open platform than its predecessor. The VideoNetBox II is a compact appliance with a processing capacity to record up to 8 IP video channels. With the new highest-performance processor, all eight channels can record in real time in HD quality (720Q). Perfectly synchronized components also allow for very fast memory speed.

The basic version with two IP video channels can be expanded with up to 6 additional video channels using a license code.

Dalmeier SmaviaSmavia recording technology

Smavia Recording Server software for recording audio and video streams comes pre-installed on this Dalmeier appliance. A tool that is designed as an open platform. In combination with the corresponding licenses you can record third-party IP cameras with motion detection and configure them using Onvif protocol.

Smavia is a recording technology for the video security environment that allows you to capture images and video streams in the most different procedures of image compression and transmission codes (H.264, MPEG-4, MJPEG). Along with standard resolutions, Smavia also supports Full-HD (1080Q) and even 8 Megapixel.

Smavia Recording Server can be used on the most diverse hardware platforms, either on specific Dallmeier video recording servers or as stand-alone software on conventional servers or computers.

For its part, Smavia Viewing Client software enables independent evaluation of recordings via Ethernet (LAN/WAN). Can be installed and managed on Windows XP/7 systems. This software is included in the delivery volume of the VNB II along with an access license. Smavia Viewing Client provides an ideal interface for convenient evaluation of live and recorded images.

If the installation requires including analog and IP cameras, in mixed operation, VideoNetBox II can be expanded with the Analog Upgrade Kit option to operate with up to eight analog channels in hybrid mode.

Another aspect that has been renewed in this device is its assembly. Its compact and robust housing has been optimized allowing it to be mounted almost anywhere (Walls, Ceilings, or as a base installation on tables or cabinets). In addition, adding or replacing hard drives is also a quick and easy process after opening your back panel.
