The provider of video surveillance products and solutions, Hikvision, announced the integration of its ONVIF-compatible IP cameras with Avigilon Control Center software, a solution for managing and storing multi-mega pixel high-definition video surveillance with efficient management of bandwidth and storage capacity.

Hikvision announced that its ONVIF-compatible IP cameras (Open Network Video Interface Forum), an open thematic forum dedicated to the development and promotion of the international standard interface for networked video surveillance systems, have the ability to integrate with the software Avigilon Control Center. This integration now gives customers the freedom to choose the specific combination of products that best suits their needs.

Hikvision IP cameras compatible with ONVIF - bullet cameras, dome cameras and cash cameras- have a group of advanced features, such as high resolution, wide dynamic range, low-light operating capacity, ease of installation… Moreover, IP cameras offer users a solution based on open standards and great flexibility to select security system components. With Avigilon Control Center software, users can remotely monitor and control most of the key features of their Hikvision IP cameras, such as PTZ, two-way audio, alarm inputs, Outputs, Etc. The software includes multi- megapixel and high dynamic image, HD recording and timeline playback, data protection and storage management.
