Honeywell strengthens its open systems with the launch of the new Maxpro NVR family

Maxpro NVR 2.0 is compatible with PSIA and ONVIF interoperability standards, as well as with the real-time transmission protocol or RTSP, and includes native integration with cameras and encoders from Honeywell and other manufacturers. In addition, the product family now includes a software-only version that will allow users to reuse their own hardware thanks to the loading of Maxpro NVR software 2.0 on existing servers, regardless of the type of hardware. These enhancements will allow organizations greater flexibility in creating customized surveillance systems..

Maxpro VMS

Thanks to Maxpro NVR 2.0, organizations will be able to view and manage video remotely with devices like Apple iPad and iPhone via the free Maxpro Mobile app. In addition to NVRs, Maxpro range of IP video solutions includes Maxpro VMS, the company's flagship video management system, that allows organizations to centrally manage all types of surveillance.
